Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Ready Mix Driver to join our team at CRH Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering concrete products to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver concrete products to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, adhering to company safety standards
  • Perform plant and yard duties as assigned, including loading and unloading concrete products

Requirements:

  • Valid AZ/DZ driver's license with a clean Driver's Abstract and CVOR
  • Comfortable driving 9-speed manual transmission
  • Minimum of one-year truck driving experience preferred
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and different shifts as required
  • Knowledge of the Highway Traffic Act and Municipalities Bylaws
  • Ability to transport material with attention to detail and emphasis on safety
  • Ability to adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) policy and maintain individual PPE in functional condition
  • Ability to follow safety operating and work procedures
  • Physical ability to lift up-to 50 pounds and operate equipment under a wide range of ambient temperatures for extended periods of time
