About the Role

At Merchandising Consultants Associates, we're seeking a skilled Retail Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional merchandising services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Display Installation and Maintenance: Install eye-catching displays and perform other essential merchandising services as required by our clients.
  • Store Visits and Reporting: Maintain tidy displays and shelving with weekly store visits, and complete online reports with photo uploads to keep everyone in the loop.
  • Client Support: Support our clients by ensuring their products are ready for customers to see, shop, and buy.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with clients to confirm visit expectations and work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.
Requirements
  • Merchandising Experience: Merchandising experience in retail or grocery settings is preferred.
  • Professional Attitude and Appearance: Maintain a consistently professional attitude and appearance.
  • Self-Starter Mindset: Thrive under the pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic merchandiser role.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
