Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Pita Pit Park Place is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, and have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres.
  • Supervision: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment:

Pita Pit Park Place is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
