Job Summary

The Manufacturing Clerk, Arestin Production, will carry out filling and packaging operations for the Arestin Production Unit based on precise instructions in compliance with good manufacturing practices, procedures, and security protocols.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Batch production
  • Carry out filling, operating, and packaging operations in accordance with procedures
  • Ensure production steps are followed as specified in the production sheet
  • Complete documentation during production
  • Control quality during production and notify the manager of process deviations
  • Perform product inspections when necessary
  • Guarantee completion of necessary documentation during deviations
  • Ensure equipment availability for tasks
  • Ensure workstation and equipment maintenance in accordance with GMP and HSE quality standards
  • Participate in teamwork and develop new working methods
  • Maintain technical qualifications and knowledge of methods and procedures
  • Perform any other related tasks at the request of the manager

Equipment and Materials:

  • Verify good working condition and conformity of equipment, materials, and premises
  • Ensure proper use of equipment
  • Inform the team leader and/or manager of any problems encountered
  • Respect production standards (TRS, Productivity, Yields)
  • Assemble certain equipment
  • Wash equipment and premises
  • Check, complete, and transmit batch files and packaging documents
  • Take necessary measures to preserve integrity of people, property, and products in the event of an anomaly
  • Make entries into production management systems
  • Comply with current GMP and HSE standards, policies, and procedures
  • Apply HSE directives, procedures, and instructions on a daily basis
  • Declare any quality/HSE event to the manager
  • Communicate problems and suggest improvements

Qualifications:

  • Secondary minimum V or equivalent, DEP or DEC
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical industry or related field as an employee or operator
  • Technical knowledge of processes/products
  • Knowledge of production tools
