Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the produce department.
- Ensure the department achieves sales and profit objectives.
- Train and mentor staff on customer service, product knowledge, and merchandising techniques.
- Oversee product stocking, display, and pricing accuracy.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with other departments for timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees.
- Control departmental expenses and assist in budget planning.
- Engage in regular communication with store management and other department heads to align on store goals.
- Identify and recruit talented individuals to enhance the team.
- Lead, inspire, and develop colleagues to boost productivity and retention.
- Uphold merchandising and operational standards consistently.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
