Supervisor, Food and Beverage Processing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor, Food and Beverage Processing to join our team at Marine Seafood. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Training and Development: Train and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of productivity and quality.
- Personnel Management: Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production and other reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
- Quality Control: Implement measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
- Operations Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
- Health and Safety: Establish methods to maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
