As a manager, your role will be pivotal in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will also play a crucial part in training our footwear consultants to uphold these standards.

Key Learning Opportunities:

We provide a comprehensive training program designed to equip new team members with the knowledge of which footwear is suitable for various environments, as well as how our additional products can enhance customer comfort and safety throughout their workday. All we ask is that you bring a positive attitude.

Our administrative tasks are kept to a minimum to ensure that our Assistant Managers can focus primarily on the sales floor. Typically, our managers dedicate around 80% of their time to actively selling or coaching and mentoring staff.
