Artistic Director of Programs

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to serve as our Artistic Director of Programs. This role is responsible for developing and implementing the artistic vision for our film programs, working closely with the Artistic Director of Films to create a cohesive and engaging experience for our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual and long-term programming plans
  • Collaborate with the Artistic Director of Films to create a unified artistic vision
  • Curate and implement film programs that showcase diverse perspectives and talent
  • Work with the Executive Director to ensure the success of our film programs

What We Offer:

  • A competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $95,000
