Role Overview:

The Quality Control and Assurance Lead will collaborate closely with the Construction Team to uphold quality assurance protocols. Key responsibilities include the formulation of Construction Quality Plans, supervising inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Project Management to convey quality directives
  • Draft Construction Quality Plans
  • Implement Inspection Test Plans
  • Oversee Quality Controls with production teams
  • Manage quality inspections and identify discrepancies
  • Provide quality oversight to subcontractors
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned
  • Generate regular reports on project quality status
  • Assist in the training of project staff

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in renewable energy
  • Valid Driver's License required

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in renewable energy construction
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
  • Solid understanding of construction principles
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
