Job Description

The Project Controller, in the follow-up and control of projects, must assist the realization teams of his client in the exercise of their responsibilities regarding project management processes and in the tasks of planning, follow-up, organization, project control and account rendering.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client's realization team in preparing the different deliverables of project management;
  • Produce with the contract manager the planning of work and the evaluation of costs;
  • Develop the detailed project planning from the project management software and follow up on activities;
  • Manage and follow up on the time and effort of the resources assigned to projects;
  • Produce the different management documents provided in the framework of project management, change requests, follow-up points, pending points, management of deliverables;
  • Follow up on the progress of the schedule and costs and produce account rendering reports;
  • Ensure the management of the project document structure;
  • Assist the client's realization team during different committees;
  • Support the realization of different presentations intended for senior authorities;

Main Deliverables:

  • Project start-up file and project charter (project organization manual);
  • Detailed planning in MS Project and PPM;
  • Registers provided in the framework of project management (follow-up points, pending points, decision points, change requests, etc.);
  • Description sheets for the points of the different registers;
  • Deliverables registers, follow-up reports and validation register;
  • Risk management plan;
  • Progress report, account rendering reports;
  • Agenda and meeting minutes;
  • Presentation material;

Requirements:

  • Hold a combination of relevant training and experience;
