Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2408184 ALBERTA LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, manage store appearance, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Human Resources: Hire, train, and develop sales workers, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
- Tools and Equipment: Proficient in using a computer, printer, and internet access.
- Work Environment: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
