Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate workflow within the Environmental Services Department to ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Monitor and report on departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • 12 months of previous experience in healthcare environmental services.
  • Grade 12 education.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid driver's license, where required.
Working Conditions
  • Days, evenings, and weekends.
  • No guaranteed hours of work.
