Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Millstream Dairy Queen.

Job Summary:

The Food Counter Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including the food counter, dining area, and kitchen
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous food service experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
