Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Nationwide Life Insurance Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Operations: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire staff, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • 40 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work
