Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
  • Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide support and assistance to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact in emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
  • Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
  • Computer Equipment and Machinery: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed.
  • Quality and Production Levels: Monitor and maintain high quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Reports and Requisitions: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Work Problems and Productivity: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Staff Training: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring they are fair, efficient, and effective.
Supervision:

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people.
