Job Title: Child Care Live-In Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Live-In Caregiver to join our team at Oki Cleaning Company Incorporated. As a Child Care Live-In Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our family's children in the comfort of our own home.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional care and supervision to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Assist with household chores, including laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation.
  • Plan and engage in activities that promote learning and development, such as games, outings, and educational programs.
  • Establish a safe and healthy environment, adhering to our family's values and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with our family members, keeping them informed of our children's daily activities and needs.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a tidy and organized home.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering our children's dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist with homework and educational activities, promoting a love for learning.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to our children, helping them develop emotional intelligence and resilience.
  • Establish a daily routine that promotes structure and consistency, while also allowing for flexibility and spontaneity.
  • Collaborate with our family to develop and implement strategies that support our children's unique needs and goals.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in child care or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform light housekeeping and childcare duties.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate our family's needs.
