About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Alliance Custom Metals and Installs Inc. as a key member of our production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to ensure high-quality metal fabrication.
  • Operate manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Operate brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines to prepare metal for welding.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Work in a fast-paced industrial environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaborate with production team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
