About the Role

Bolton Renovations is seeking a skilled Deck Installer to join our team. As a Deck Installer, you will be responsible for installing decks and other outdoor structures to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Installation Planning: Determine the most effective installation procedures and layouts to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
  • Pre-Installation Preparation: Measure and mark guidelines for installations, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Installation Execution: Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, and utilize hand and power tools to erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with varying weather conditions.
  • Language and Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues in English.
  • Work Schedule: Work a regular 35-40 hour workweek, with occasional overtime as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience in a related field is an asset.
