Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet our high standards.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to our company's food safety policies and procedures.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Training and Development: Train and develop food service staff, providing coaching and feedback to help them improve their skills and performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Term:This is a permanent position.Hours:
35 hours per week.
