Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team at Jeet Auto Sales. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping
    • Accurately record and reconcile financial transactions
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents
  • Financial Statement Preparation
    • Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
    • Ensure financial statements are accurate, complete, and compliant with accounting policies and procedures
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks, including errors, irregularities, and potential losses
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting
    • Prepare financial analysis and reports, including trend analysis and variance reports
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
