About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at Ryna Accounting & Services. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Tasks: Perform various accounting tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account analysis.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant computer applications.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
