TIO AUTO PARTS INC. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead our daily operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties.
  • Market Research and Planning: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales, determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers, oversee payroll administration, conduct performance reviews, supervise office and volunteer staff.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
