Job Title: General Manager

GONDAL ENTERPRISE SERVICE INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our organization to success.

Job Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions, divisions, or departments. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal awareness and team player skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fast-paced environment and large workload.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
  • Permanent work term.
