About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at SEGUNDO PROPERTY SERVICES LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
