Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at SEGUNDO PROPERTY SERVICES LTD.

Job Summary:

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean and safe for our employees and clients. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all areas are clean and safe.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management context.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
