About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team at PONDEROSA TRADING COMPANY LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth production of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a high level of food safety awareness and adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Material Handling: Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials efficiently and safely.
  • Machine Operation: Feed and unload processing machines, and assist in the maintenance of equipment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on products and packaging for basic quality defects.
  • Team Support: Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties, and provide support to the production team as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, and adhere to all relevant health and safety protocols.
