Job Title: Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team at Mt. Lehman Leasing Ltd. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate mobile and tower cranes to lift, move, and place equipment and materials
  • Clean and lubricate cranes to ensure optimal performance
  • Assemble tower cranes on site and instruct apprentices
  • Operate cranes equipped with dredging attachments to dredge waterways and other areas
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure cranes are in good working condition
Requirements:
  • Tower Crane Operator Trade Certification
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in crane operation
  • Ability to work under pressure and in physically demanding environments
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
Work Environment:

As a Crane Operator, you will work outdoors in various environments, including urban areas, high-rise building construction sites, and rural areas. You will be required to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions.
