Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Church's Chicken. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure timely delivery of food trolleys.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to maintain high standards of presentation and quality.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work a 35-40 hour week.
Our restaurant is a busy and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a hot kitchen environment, with regular exposure to food preparation and cooking.
