About the Role

An exceptional opportunity has emerged for a Lead Manager to oversee the Identity Governance Administration (IGA) team within the Chief Security Office. This position is pivotal in guiding a team of specialists responsible for IGA tools and delivering services across the organization. The team is currently undergoing a significant transformation of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) core systems, making this an exciting time to join. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the service as we advance our transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Directing the implementation of tools that support Identity Governance.
  2. Expanding capabilities based on the SailPoint platform.
  3. Providing modern IGA solutions for existing applications and systems.
  4. Acting as a key contributor within the agile team, utilizing product owner skills to enhance product development.
  5. Defining, communicating, and executing our IAM strategy, collaborating with others to implement and integrate.
  6. Working in partnership with colleagues to achieve collective success through consistent, high-quality change delivery.
  7. Promoting the adoption of IAM industry standards.
  8. Staying informed about current and emerging trends in IAM technology.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. Extensive expertise in Cyber Security and Identity & Access Management.
  2. Recognition as a specialist in IAM solutions.
  3. A robust technical background with significant experience across various technologies, including the delivery, development, and management of IGA products.
  4. Experience in leading technical teams that provide operational services.
  5. Proficiency in leading Agile delivery processes.
  6. Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills, with a passion for promoting technical excellence.
  7. A proven track record of mentoring and supporting best practices internally to cultivate a high-performing team.
