We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at HAULSTER TRANSPORT LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize operational logistics
- Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
As a Dispatchers Supervisor at HAULSTER TRANSPORT LTD, you will be working in a fast-paced transportation environment with a team of 5-10 people. You will be required to have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with other departments and teams.
Requirements- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 35 to 44 hours per week
- Fluency in English as the primary language of communication
