Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team at HAULSTER TRANSPORT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Train workers in duties and policies to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize operational logistics
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced transportation environment, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
