About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at ASSMBLY INC. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website copy, to engage our target audience.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Marketing Research: Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Client Advisory: Advise clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Project Management: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our brand's expertise.
  • Digital Marketing: Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions to reach a wider audience.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Setting: Business and/or industry.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, monitoring and tracking software, and social media platforms.
  • Production Editing Activities: Final products copy, work term: permanent, work language: English, hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
