We are a leading provider of high-quality childcare services, dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for children to thrive. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our business goals by developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive business results.
  • Content Creation: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and social media content. Ensure all content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Media Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure press coverage and promote our brand.
  • Market Research: Conduct surveys and analyze data to understand customer needs and preferences. Use this information to inform marketing decisions and improve our services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with our business objectives. Provide input and feedback to help improve our services and operations.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a childcare or education-related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
