Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier Assistant. As a key member of our front-end team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the cash register, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end area, stockroom, and other designated areas.
  • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including stocking shelves and facing products.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
