Your Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on all leads from various sources to convert them into sales
- Meet individual and departmental sales goals to contribute to the company's success
- Promote new business and expand our customer base through prospecting and referral networks
- Deliver a superior customer experience to exceed customer expectations
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills
- Set and achieve monthly productivity goals, plan, and organize strategies to reach them
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle models to provide expert advice to customers
