Key Responsibilities

  • Tax Production:
    • Assist in generating ad hoc queries and report statistical trends based on inquiries.
    • Prepare various tax slips and filings as required, providing essential calculations related to tax financial information.
    • Respond to inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and service level compliance.
    • Support the production of tax products, gathering necessary data for reporting.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Tax Production model to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
    • Analyze existing processes and conduct root cause analysis to identify gaps.
    • Address data integrity and quality issues independently.
    • Implement innovative solutions for unique challenges across various business lines.
    • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to facilitate change.
    • Provide recommendations for improvements to management and senior leadership.

Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in data literacy and process optimization.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including macros and data management.
  • Strong verbal and listening skills for effective support.
  • Ability to identify and rectify data integrity issues.
  • Experience in analytical roles, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Understanding of Banking Operations and a keen interest in financial services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and French.
