Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Fast-paced and dynamic
- Exposure to various conditions including noise, odours, and wet surfaces
- Work may be conducted outdoors
- Develop and implement effective work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
- Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Estimate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Prepare financial budgets and cost estimates
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Compile and submit operational reports
- Possess knowledge of various culinary styles relevant to the establishment
- Oversee the assembly of food trays and delivery processes
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 staff members.
Work Conditions- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling
Uniform is required for this position.
