Traveling Nurse Position

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a beautiful Long-Term Care/Assisted Living Facility in the Vancouver Island & Interior BC region, British Columbia.
Contract Details- Contract duration: 3-6 months (dependent on your availability) with possibility of extension
- Short-term contracts can also be discussed
- Duncan, BC
- Campbell River, BC
- Kamloops, BC
- $50.00 per hour
- Travel allowance
- Accommodation
- Weekly allowance
- Perform assessments
- Plan, implement, and provide personal and nursing care to residents
- Administer oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures
- Directly supervise care staff to meet resident's needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals
- Graduate of recognized school of nursing
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred)
- Casual
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime pay
- Flexible language requirement: French not required

- How soon can you start?
- Will you be willing to take up Day/Eve/Night shifts?
