Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Travel LPN. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various rural communities in British Columbia, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and perform nursing procedures in a variety of clinical settings and communities.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement plans of care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services.
Requirements
  • Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures, including medication administration.
