We are a leading pest control service company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our operations team, including opening and distributing mail and other materials.
    • Train staff on new procedures and protocols.
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for our team members.
    • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate team members.
    • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Supervision and Teamwork
    • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility.
    • Work collaboratively with the operations team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
