Altitude Athletic Training is a cutting-edge fitness facility that offers a unique training experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a coach who can design and implement effective training programs for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of exercise physiology, program design, and fitness assessments. Experience working with athletes from various sports disciplines is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement personalized training programs for clients
  • Conduct fitness assessments and interpret data to inform program design
  • Provide coaching and guidance to clients on proper technique and form
  • Supervise the gym floor and ensure a safe and clean environment
  • Develop and lead small group classes and workshops
  • Meet with clients to discuss progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed
  • Sell Altitude Athletic Training products and services to prospective clients
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field
  • NSCA CSCS certification or equivalent
  • Experience working with athletes from various sports disciplines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
