Position Overview
The Cybersecurity Program Manager will lead and oversee a newly established team within the cybersecurity division of ISACA. This team will be responsible for the ongoing management and strategic direction of the cybersecurity initiatives across both IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology). Reporting to the Director of Cybersecurity & Compliance, this role will manage the intake process for all cybersecurity-related requests and will also supervise the development and implementation of cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
- Assessing organizational IT objectives and goals
- Determining essential technology procurement needs
- Formulating strategic initiatives
- Monitoring and reporting on the progress of Cybersecurity Plan projects
- Creating customized reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Upholding the cybersecurity strategy
- Overseeing the cybersecurity capital budget and staffing needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related discipline
- Over 10 years of experience in managing technical teams
- At least 5 years of experience in cross-departmental program management
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and compliance regulations
- CISSP or CISM certification is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Proven leadership capabilities
