Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our Private Household team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, launder clothing and household linens, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Household Management: Shop for food and household supplies, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, work independently, and as part of a team, and maintain a client-focused approach.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Availability: Available for the advertised start date and reside in proximity to the advertised location.
