Job Title: Wholesale Establishment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team at Kam Fung Meats and Poultry Supplies Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Wholesale Establishment Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our wholesale establishment, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including recruiting, hiring, and supervising.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise and services.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to customer requests and resolving issues.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Budgeting: Plan and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
