Job Title: Wholesale Establishment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wholesale Establishment Manager to join our team at Kam Fung Meats and Poultry Supplies Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, assigning duties and supervising their work to ensure efficient operations.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors' operations on sales.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies to maximize sales and revenue.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Financial Management: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to ensure the financial stability of the business.
  • Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and training to perform their duties.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and efficient interpersonal skills.
Work Conditions:
  • Transportation: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
