Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Director to lead our Insurance Technology team in delivering world-class customer and employee experiences through software and engineering skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading multi-functional engineering teams, redesigning and building client-facing technology systems, and guiding the development of engineering staff. They will also have a deep understanding of modern software development practices, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for growing staff within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering teams to design and build innovative technology solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive business growth
  • Mentor and coach engineering staff to improve skills and performance
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or large-scale programs
  • Strong technical background in software development and engineering practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
