**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement paid media strategies to drive growth and revenue for our clients
* Conduct thorough competitive research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
* Utilize Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tools to develop insights and action items to increase client revenue
* Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
**Requirements:**
* 2-4+ years of experience with Facebook/Meta advertising with a spend minimum of $200K-$250K/mo aggregately
* 1-3+ years of experience working directly with clients
* 1-3+ years of agency experience
* Ability to interpret data to proactively identify and solve problems
* Expertise in Google Analytics in an e-commerce setting
* Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills
