Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and sales results.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.

- Workshops and Counselling: Offers workshops, counselling services, or other resources to help Veterans navigate their transition into the civilian workforce.
- Mentorship: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Cultural Competency Training: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees.
- Phased Retirement: Offers phased retirement options that allow mature workers to gradually reduce their workload.
- Financial Planning: Provides resources to help mature workers plan their retirement.
- Mentorship: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
- Diversity and Cross-Cultural Training: Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
