Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic individual with outstanding product knowledge and a passion for Learning & Development. The ideal candidate will possess strong business and training acumen, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

As a Learning & Development Sales Coach, you will be responsible for managing and delivering internal training on Google products and translating this knowledge into sales narratives with clients and agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders and subject matter experts to design and deliver world-class learning and development solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal clients and global colleagues to assess learning and development needs and design high-impact learning experiences.
  • Develop training modules, lesson plans, and materials, including product training, policy refreshers, and upskill and cross-skill training refreshers.
  • Work closely with the Global team on end-to-end Bounce program management and delivery.
  • Provide world-class learning and development programs and experiences designed to build the best leaders, advance skills, and capabilities.
  • Drive sales excellence initiatives for new hires and existing team members to ensure end-to-end understanding of the sales process.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in Learning & Development, specifically around designing leadership development programs, or equivalent Human Resources experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business - sales and marketing preferred or related field.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions.
  • Project management skills in a learning environment, including experience leading a project team and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver key messages with clarity and poise.
  • A drive for excellence, client service, and making things happen.
  • Adapts well to challenges and works well under pressure.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency required, with good working skills in GSuite.
  • Experience and knowledge of LMS systems.
  • Experience in implementing an LMS system.
  • Strong people management skills; communication, coaching, active listening.
