Leaders International is seeking a visionary leader to serve as its Chief Executive Officer. As the organization's top executive, the CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and management in the following areas:

**Key Responsibilities**

* People Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
* Finance Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the organization's financial stability.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the organization's operations and reputation.
* Facilities Management: Ensure the organization's facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of its employees and stakeholders.
* Program and Service Delivery: Develop and implement programs and services that align with the organization's mission and goals.
* Community Relations: Foster strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and goals.
* Fundraising: Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the organization's programs and services.
* Capital Projects: Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of capital projects that align with the organization's strategic plan.

**Requirements**

* A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
* Proven experience in leadership and management.
* Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
